1. App and developer
This page applies to the Gym-OS mobile app, including the Android app published as com.gym_os.app. The developer account named on the app's store listing is responsible for this deletion request page.
2. Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to start deletion is inside the app. Open Settings, choose Privacy, then choose Delete my account. The app asks you to confirm before the request is sent.
3. Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address used for your Gym-OS account. Include your account email and, if you know it, the gym connected to the account.
Request account deletion by email
You can also write directly to [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is really from the account holder before deleting the account.
4. Data deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize data tied to your account:
- Account profile data, including name, email, phone number and profile photo.
- Authentication data, including active login sessions and push notification tokens.
- Workout logs, measurements, goals, rest logs and training notes you created.
- Class bookings, attendance records, check-in history and app preferences.
- Messages, reviews and other content linked to your account where deletion is required.
5. Data that may be kept
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security reasons. This can include payment and invoice records, refund records, tax records, abuse prevention logs, and records needed by your gym to resolve a membership dispute. We do not store card numbers or CVV, so there is no card data to retain.
Retained records are kept only for the period required for that purpose, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days after verifying the request. If a legal obligation requires longer retention for a limited category of data, we will tell you what is retained and why.
